Everyone is always asking me “Where do I get sage?”, “What do I need?”, “How do I sage?” So I have created this kit just for you so that you will have exactly everything that I use!
White sage is used to clear negative energy. This is a ceremony practiced by Native Americans for thousands of years, it is also known as smudging. Whether you want to sage your home, do a blessing, maybe for a situation in your life, a person, or just feeling down, the intentions are all the same. You want to clear, cleanse and eliminate any negative energy and generate positive and hopeful energy! Many people including mysel feel that saging is a great calming and relaxing tool. I sage before every reading and my home regularly.
I’ve also included Palo Santo, which is similar to sage, it is just more of a gentle purifier. When burned it is incredibly calming and smells wonderful. The abalone shell is where you can stamp out your sage and palo santo and leave resting while
not in use.
You’ll also find a selenite wand in your kit which offers peace and protection. Lastly, there is a rose quartz angel, this is the stone of unconditional love. My hope is that this angel serves as a physical reminder of the love you share with your loved ones on the other side.
